Orders & Shipping
- All in stock items will be shipped within 3 business days upon confirmation of payment. All back-ordered items are shipped as soon as the stock are made available.
- Deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia will take 2 – 3 business days and deliveries to East Malaysia within 3 – 7 business days from date of shipping.
- Orders will be delivered using express courier service.
- Bioremeds Life Science Sdn. Bhd. ensures that all items are packed and shipped out in good condition.
- We will provide the courier tracking number to customers upon shipment of orders.
- If you live near our office, just drop-by. You have the option to pick-up your online purchase physically.

- Manual bank transfer – Over the counter cash or cheque payment can be made to our CIMB Bank account no. 8603332254 Bioremeds Life Science Sdn. Bhd.
- FPX – Payment gateway that allows you to make real time online payments using your bank account. All you need is an Internet banking account with any participating banks.
Exchange & Refund Policy
For health and safety purposes, products sold are not refundable. In the event of receiving a damaged product, if the product is broken or has leaked, you can refuse signing for it. Subsequently if you open the parcel and find that the product is damaged or has leaked then you will need to provide evidence in the form of photographs. Customers must provide evidence within 3 days after receiving the shipment. After which period the product will become ineligible for replacement. Customers will need to contact and send evidence to firstname.lastname@example.org along with the following information:
- Order Number
- Contact Number
- Consignment note with recipient’s name & signature
- Describe the reason for the request of replacement
Our team will verify and notify you via email on the exchange process.
